• Review and interpretation of recent or previous laboratory results

• Dedicated time with your provider to answer questions and provide education on available treatment options. This may include supplements, hormone therapies, peptide therapies, and other supportive treatments when clinically appropriate and individualized to your needs.

All of the benefits included in a Virtual Consultation, plus:

• Comprehensive laboratory testing tailored to your specific symptoms, concerns, and health goals

• Lab orders placed through Quest Diagnostics, allowing you to complete your blood draw at a convenient Quest location near you

• Follow-up virtual appointment to review your laboratory results with your provider, typically within 7-10 days once all results are received

• Detailed interpretation of your results and personalized recommendations based on the findings

• Clear, actionable guidance regarding treatment options, supplements, hormone therapy, peptide therapies, and other wellness recommendations when clinically appropriate based on your individual lab results and health goals

Convenient virtual evaluation and treatment for many common acute illnesses and non-emergency medical concerns without requiring a trip to the office. Our providers can evaluate your symptoms, discuss your medical history, provide treatment recommendations, and send prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy when clinically appropriate.

What it looks like:

• Focused virtual medical evaluation of your symptoms and concerns

• Diagnosis and personalized treatment recommendations when a diagnosis can reasonably be made through a virtual evaluation

• Prescriptions sent directly to your preferred pharmacy when clinically appropriate

• Laboratory testing, imaging, or other diagnostic testing ordered when needed

• Follow-up recommendations and clear guidance on next steps

• Referral for in-person evaluation or a higher level of care when your symptoms cannot be appropriately or safely evaluated virtually

Some conditions require a physical examination, point-of-care testing, procedures, or other in-person evaluation. If your provider determines that virtual care is not appropriate for your concern, you may be directed to an in-office visit or another appropriate level of care.

Virtual Office Visits are intended for focused follow-up and ongoing management of an established treatment plan.
