  • Prescriptions sent to your preferred pharmacy, if necessary

Telehealth services are available to patients located in Arizona, Utah, and Nebraska at the time of their visit. Identity verification is required. Labs are ordered through Quest Diagnostics. Prescriptions are based on clinical judgment, lab results, and state regulations.
