Telehealth services are available to patients located in Arizona, Utah, and Nebraska at the time of their visit. Identity verification is required. Labs are required for HRT and ongoing medical management. Labs are ordered through Quest Diagnostics. Prescriptions are based on clinical judgment, lab results, and state regulations.
