FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • No. New patients can schedule a Consultation + Labs, allowing your provider to review your health history, symptoms, and goals and determine which laboratory tests are appropriate for you.

  • Yes. Laboratory testing through Quest Diagnostics may be billed to your insurance, or you may choose available direct cash-pay pricing. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by insurance plan and the specific tests ordered.

  • Yes. Blood draws for laboratory orders can be completed in our office for your convenience. We also offer select point-of-care testing, including rapid testing for strep, Influenza A/B, COVID-19, and urinalysis when clinically appropriate.

  • Yes. Your provider will review and interpret your results in the context of your symptoms, health history, and treatment goals. Lab review may be included as part of your Consultation + Labs, ongoing treatment plan, or an appropriate follow-up visit.

  • Yes. Through Virtual Care, laboratory testing may be ordered for patients located in states where our providers are licensed to practice. Availability is based on the state you are physically located in at the time care is provided.
